me and my sister went to go pick up our online order (we called before hand) we get there and no one is sitting at the front desk, we proceed to ring the bell and yell out to see if anyone was there... no response. after waiting for like 20mins a woman walks in, completely ignores us and walks to go to the back... so we say to her we are grabbing our order (??) she says “oh...ok” and keeps walking. so we grab it off the shelf and we leave ... she has no idea who we are, what order we took, if we paid, etc. as we were pulling out a random lady comes out and is watching us leave ... so she was there the whole time ??!?? IM SO CONFUSED. these people need to get it together tbh. horrible service.

The cotton candy we ordered for our granddaughter for Christmas was fantastic. It was sweet, but not as sweet as Bina Coccia, the woman who handled the order. I made a mistake by saying I'd pick up the order and she emailed me back saying that she noticed I live in Ottawa and do I still want to pick up the package in Mississauga. I screwed up and also misunderstood that there would be a shipping charge since I wasn't going there to get the package. After speaking to Bina and providing her with my credit card details to pay for the shipping, she later waived the shipping fee and the company paid for it themselves [or herself]. This is the kind of company you only hear about in the movies--\It's a Wonderful Life\ comes to mind. I cannot tell you how this made me feel. This is the true meaning of Christmas and the holiday season.

Hired candy floss land for our wedding this past weekend, it was well worth it! Not only did all of our guests love the cute style cart, set up and the delicious cotton candy but my husband and I could not get enough. The girls from Cotton Candy Land were professional and courteous to all of our guests.
