I thought they were great! I had some jewellery that I wanted back after I took it in April 17 and it's now August and they had no problem extending my time until the 2nd of Aug. I had an injury which kept me from going each moth to renew my time limit but like I say had no problem doing it over the phone. The only person who gave me a bit of attitude was a young kid I could tell by his voice when he said he couldn't understand why somebody could not afford 8 a month? I never find it necessary to tell my personal problems but of course by his attitude I did so I had to explain that I'd had a work injury where a washing machine had fallen on me so I was off work and the car had broken down so I had no way in as I told him I lived in Milton . He agreed that on the next Tuesday I will be in to pay but the way he said \see you AGAIIIN ON TUESDAY!\ was more attitude from him but all over the did help and their borrowing rates are cheap so yes I would advise this pawn shop to anybody! :-) just if your going to be late don't get the young kid because he doesn't seam to understand that people are human and we do get sick from time to time. Other than him GREAT PLACE WITH GOID QUALITY.. Thank you for taking the time to read my review, Jay
