From the moment I spoke to Domenic I knew they were the right contractor for our project. He was very professional and eager to assist even though I called him on very short notice. Domenic was very pleasant and came soon after we spoke to evaluate and price out the project for us. After several phone calls we met and he presented a sketch of our design. He made this process so easy- by helping us choose materials that would complement our home. I was very fortunate that due to a break in their schedule- he was able to slot in our project and meet our timeline. From the moment that Santo and the crew arrived I was impressed with their work ethic and quality of workmanship. Now that I see the completed project I am very happy that I found Big Town Contracting. They were very professional and know what they are doing. Workmanship is excellent! We are very happy with the end result and will be using them again in the Spring for phase 2 of our project. I highly recommend Domenic, Santo and the crew at Big Town! WOW, so much can be said with those 3 letters.. it wouldn't be fair to rate before completion, but WOW! This team has interesting ideas, and are well equipped to handle all aspects of the job. We understand in this business that there are larger customers and there are delays, so we are not concerned that much about the 3 week delay. I really wish there was a way to post pictures so you can see the reasons for WOW! We are anxious to see completion on this small 2 day job, which began August 10th. Looking forward to completing our review, as it will speak volumes on the integrity and professionalism of this group.
