Our company spent thousands of dollars on a brand-new Biesse CNC Router (the Rover J) and one month after delivery the machine is still not working. The machine is sold as CSA certified, while it is not, and it has critical parts that have been defective from factory. The replacement parts have also been defective. Bottom line, we spent a lot of money for a machine that cannot be even turned on. The support is of course not good as the company is not providing the parts necessary to fix the router. We regret not going with Axyz or Multi Cam.
