I have been to this store in the past and used it again recently. Although it was determined that it was too expensive to repair my vacuum, they gave me some great advice on what to look for in a new vacuum. I would definitely recommend them.

AWESOME SERVICE. Took my beam central vacuum canister in for warranty repair. Dealt with Victoria. She quickly deducted the bears were gone in the motor. Repairs and cleaning were completed in 2 days. Can't say enough about the service I received on this occasion and in the past.
Placed a service call to check a faulty central vac unit and Fred showed up that afternoon. He got it working but recommended that we replace the 18-year-old unit, as the suction was not that strong anymore. We agreed. He recommended an MVAC M80 and we're glad we went with his recommendation. He came back the next day, replaced the unit and now the central vac is so strong, it literally sucked the shirt off my back. Great service, friendly fellow. We couldn't be happier.
