We ordered our daughter's birthday cake from here after another location refused to print image on the cake saying is 'because of COVID'. We were amazed by how easy it was to order from this location. We needed just to send an email and then a very nice staff -Sunita- called to verify all details and make sure all communication is clear. The cake was exactly as ordered, freshly prepared a day in advance. Amazing customer service, will definitely recommend this location to any iced cream fan! When it comes to Baskin Robbins, the iced cream may taste the same, but a great customer service experience makes all the difference to us!
