Been here a few times now in the last several months as we are expecting first-time parents. Excellent service each time and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Even though there was only one employee working at the babies-r-us section each time we went, and so we did have to do wait a bit to get service, I assume this might be due to covid (store not being busy enough to schedule more staff). Despite this, when the employee did become available she was very helpful.

My experience at the Babies r us at Argentina yesterday was awesome it was made extra special by Gabriella. She took the time to help my mom and I look for items on my friends baby registry, her personality and patience were outstanding as she helped us locate the items I was looking for from another store. She truly made it one of best services my mom and had in long time. Keep up the great work Gabriella.
My experience at BabiesRUs was excellent on my first visit to the store with my wife. I had never visited BabiesRUs before and now since we are expecting our first baby, we thought of visiting the store and to start planning for our baby. Extreme thanks to Diksha who worked at the store, and warmly greeted us and helped us familiarize with what all is needed when the Baby arrives. She gave us a walkthrough of the store as we had no idea of what all products are required for a baby and also told us about the extremely beneficial feature offered by BabiesRUs- preparing a egistry\. We immediately signed up for this, and with her help and guidance were able to add quite a few useful items to the registry. Her friendly behavior and patience to answer our queries was very impressive. Thanks to BabiesRUs and the entire staff who works there !!
A great place to purchase babies items. The service is wonderful and reliable. Especially someone call Puja is very very helpful and knowledgeable! The people who delivery items to us are very nice too.
