I would give Aqua Tots 10 stars if I could. We recently returned to lessons after an 8 month hiatus because of the pandemic, and to add to everything, my son had graduated out of the parent and tot age and had to go in without me for the first time. The experience could not have been more seamless -- my shy little boy was having a blast within minutes and the coaches always do so much to make the kids feel safe, comfortable and cared for. From a COVID perspective, I felt very good about how distance and cleanliness were maintained. Thank you Aqua Tots!

We love Aquatots! We have been swimming with them for the past 5 years (not all at this location) and it's the best. The curriculum is the same across all locations and the staff are all super! Best of all I love the facilities. They are clean and welcoming. Comfy chairs for parents to watch and even offer Wi-Fi when you need to catch up some work. Oh I forgot the free coffee! And the pool? Well it's awesome. The kids love it as its warmer then normal public pools so they can focus on the skills and not be cold. Having birthday parties here are great too. My absolute favourite is the fact that if you can't make a class then you just need to call ahead and you can make it up at another date. Seriously the list of positives is never ending! The new renos are also great at making traffic flow better with added showers! I love it!

I like the cleanliness of the facility. The instructors are very caring and the staff is so friendly. I love that they have an online portal and a skills chart that I can access to follow my child's progress. I have my baby currently enrolled and in the future I plan to enroll my toddler. Great place!

The place is immaculate and clean. Great atmosphere and staff. The reason why I can't give 5 stars is because of the change rooms. There are only 2 washrooms I believe with change tables for babies. Seeing that it's a swim school for babies and toddlers aming others they should have more change tables in my opinion. My 14 month old wears diapers and if the washroom is busy I have no choice but to change him on the floor.

Great coaches and staff although at times it can get a bit hectic. It's worth the drive though. 2 classes a week for 18 months (with breaks here and there) she went from leapfrogs (level 3) to sharks (level 7 - all strokes including butterfly, breast/back/side-stroke and freestyle) and she loves the water. You can cancel a class last minute and schedule a make-up (which you can't cancel) but it still gives you lots of flexibility with other activities. 1:4 ratios and sometimes due to cancelations your kid gets a private lesson. Comfy red armchairs for the parents and complimentary Tim's kcups if you're interested. Two *minor* downsides: 1) only 2 showers so sometimes there's a wait and 2) it can be tough finding class time (or make-ups) that work for you especially if you want back to back.

Our swimming instructor is super friendly and gentle with our babies. The saff are super friendly and welcoming and very informative during this pandemic. They make things go smoothly. Isabella and I appreciate them all. Well done team

Great customer service! It’s well organized and clean and the facilities are beautiful. I like the attention my daughter gets in class. She is confident in the pool and I believe she’ll become a great swimmer.

Our son started swimming at 4 months old at Aqua-Tots and it has made him such a water baby! He is so comfortable in the water and has learned so many important safety skills, even as a baby. We love their program and can't wait to see the new strides he will make in the future. He is now 1 and can almost float on his back and can be released under water to get a ring! We recommend Aqua-Tots to all our friends and family!
