The service was great. I was very nervous for my first treatment as I’d never done one before, but I could immediately tell Mercedes was skilled and experienced. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed as she did my treatment. I was also unsure about how effective the treatment would be, but I quickly saw the results and was very satisfied.

I really enjoyed my experience at Allura. The attention to detail and customer service is exceptional! The place is also very welcoming and relaxing. Appointments are always on time and scheduled in a way that each treatment is done carefully and with lots of care. I found Charan to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional and to top it off, I have already seen beyond amazing results from my laser hair removal treatments! Mercedes and Sharon are so thorough with the procedures and such sweet people. Before I began my laser sessions, Mercedes took the time to walk me through the whole process in detail. Booking appointments is hassle free. Also, I really appreciate the extra measures being taken for sanitation and disinfection at the centre during these times.
