The staff here was very responsive and solved a plethora of issues. One of the staff members Christian (that was the gentleman's first name) was awesome. Helping out passengers with their luggage and being on the ball till late in the night when the stranded passengers were checked in the hotel and then being available in the early morning hours to ensure that all of us caught our respective flights.

Their superhelpfull staff made our first and unplanned stay in Toronto much more pleasant than we could have hoped for. Due to delay we missed our connection from Toronto to San Jose, Costa Rica but they handled it and us really great. After taking us to the hotel, feed us, the even bothered coming back to give us some toothbrushes since our baggage was \somewhere\ at the airport. We will never forget when we did Toronto in summer clothes in 20 degrees minus ;)

I was stuck at Montreal airport after I missed a connection flight due to the delay of a KLM flight 6 hours delay. KLM officials didn't help me at all they asked me to sleep at the airport for the day and didn't even book another flight or gave me any food vouchers for the day. Two people from the airway interline I guess one was Mr ALDO and another Mr EUGENE they helped me to book the next earliest flight and gave me a 40 food vouchers they were super friendly and helpful and I would never forget them... Thank you airway interline for helping me.

Although this company promised to arrange our luggage to be sent back to our address after the flight was diverted due to weather conditions, this company didn't do a thing! We kept calling them for a week, each time they said they can't get in contact with the airport/the airline and will call us back as soon as they do. Guess what? They never called us back! We got our luggage back, but only because we took it directly with the airline ourselves. This company should have said it from start that they won't be doing anything and not waste our time with empty promises.
