Ordered online and got confirmation of payment and shipment. They provided a non-working tracking number. About a week later, I contacted the shipping company and they had no idea about the order. When I phoned the store they said they would phone back and did not. Phoned again the next day and they e-mailed me saying the item was out of stock, even before I ordered. So why did they take payment, confirm the order and give me a phony tracking number, saying they shipped it? Anyways, I got the refund. Customer service was rude over the phone, sounded like they were annoyed with me from the start. Hard to understand some of the foreign accents (in the background too). The whole experience just felt like a scam or at the very least negligence. My construction projects are delayed about 2-3 weeks waiting for the item I needed.

Was able to do same day order and pick up for the AquaPlus flooring, staff were friendly and very helpful! Loaded into our vehicle for us as well :)
