It was a great experience using storage with Access Storage. My locker was on 2 floor and the elevators were really well maintained. The hallways were always clear, nice and clean. The locker itself was worth the money I have paid. Thank you for maintaining such a nice facility for community. The best part was the location. I highly recommend this to all who need extra storage for their stuff.

(EDITED )My storage unit was broken in and the managers response was to give me a new lock. There r no cameras indoors so they couldn't offer any evidence. They didn't even call cops for investigation. They were cool as a cucumber. I think this happens too often at this location hence no one cared for..... NEW INFO( someone form their corporate office called and gave me assurance they r looking into it and also working on it. the gentleman sounded comforting and honest. so hopefully they will really look into improving the facility. they also now refunded partial payment for my last months rent )
A busy location, making it difficult to get dollies and to move things in and out. Other clients are rude, holding on to dollies, blocking passage ways, letting doors shut behind them or leaving elevator doors open so that they are the only ones with access. Seemed to have good security, no theft, key pads to get in and out. Good deals to new clients but consistent longer term clients kept paying increased fees. When dealing with staff, they were friendly and helpful.
Very safe and well secured storage. Staff are friendly and helpful. The payment is fair what makes me happy about their service is I only wanted to prolong by two days and they didn’t charge me for the entire month which is more than fair for customers. I appreciated that. Thanks Access storage staff for your good work.
Very positive experience due to the professional and expert customer service delivered by Julianna. She was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous, although she was running the office alone she had us in our unit quickly and we were on our way. A true assets to Access Storage.
