If I could give 6 stars I would !! First time renter here and Krissh at the Aerowood location has made the experience seamless. More importantly, the attention to detail that was given, was second to none. Krissh is a very customer oriented individual, one who looks out in the best interest of the client. He always followed up, informed of any changes and provided alternate suggestions/solutions and more importantly quickly returned my calls when I had questions. I cannot say enough good things. Overall, the industry needs more people with this kind of an attitude. A

Had a great experience with this storage place. Store Manager there Krish is fantastic and very informative and helpful. Clean facility, great prices and amazing customer service. Will always choose this location for my storage needs in the future as well.
I just recently had an issue with my unit they right away rectified my concern with my unit with in days its all about making customers happy my cap goes of to these guys at this location! now i would definitely recommend my friends and family. Happy New Years
DO NOT BRING YOUR STUFF HERE IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!!! All good reviews are because they give discounts if you leave a good review. Much more expensive than anywhere else, they are also always making up a new date every month that your payment is due. Horrible customer service. We are moving our stuff out and bringing it elsewhere FINALLY. Paying 50 less per month, still with 24h access. Actually is temperature controlled. This place is not, it is freezing in there in the winter. And my payment is on the exact same date of every month. Not some random date they wanna make up. We will NEVER reccomend you to anyone. And my father does renovations, and speaks to hundreds of people a year about temporary storage and believe me. I have told him to tell people to NEVER use access storage!!!

Had a great experience with this location. Service was excellent and place is very clean considering how badly kept self storages are these days. No break in issues and 24 hours access with great prices. Customer service is top notch specifically by the store manager Krissh. I will return again when I need space in the future.
Clean and easily accessible location with good infrastructure in terms of access control. Dollies and flatbed carts are readily available which is a nice bonus :)
As a logistic company we rented a big unit and still renting from this location and really, this is the best storage facility in Mississauga period. Security, Cleanness, multiple entrances, and 2 loading docks (truck leveled) and they have Dollies and flatbed carts are readily available which is a nice bonus. The fact that we have 24/7 access in our units is an amazing extra bonus. As for the manager Krissh, amazing guy, friendly, helpful....Even when we have client that goes there, and ask for us, he directs them to CSR instead of ignoring the clients...really hands down and big thanks to you Krissh. we appreciate your service.
