I always try to write my reviews with honesty and no exaggerations. I attached pictures and you do the judgement. We went here during the month of Ramadan for Iftaar dinner (breaking fast at sunset). No comment on their 30 buffet. We decided to order from the menu. We were one of the two tables in the entire restaurant, yet the service was very slow and the servers kept forgetting some items. Anyways, we were not in rush. Main dishes came but my lentil soup was forgotten. I wish I had cancelled it. After we ate, the bill came to our surprise. Check attached pictures. Lentil soup is 3.99 on the menu but 6.99 on the bill. Mixed Grill is 18.99 on the menu but 23.99 on the bill. Same with Burger and a few other items that we found out later. Informed the server, he said, our prices have changed. For God's sake, I work at a restaurant too, I know how it works. The menu was a simple laminated paper menu. You could have changed it the day you changed your price. My conclusion was, it is a cheat, a rip off and a bad management. I was going to give it 1 Star, but to be fair, food quality and taste was good.

Meat portion size explains why this place was almost empty. Also the food tasted un-fresh. Nice decor though... definitely NOT fine food. Better similar places in close proximity.

Worst service. Okay food but had better at many other places. It's the terrible service that irks me. Very rude and disinterested staff. Lazy and super slow. They also speak only Arabic which is fine and all but they insult their customers on constant basis which I found out when my work colleagues complained about the 1hr wait for the food to come. I called for the manager to complain about the slow service and rude staff, but his response was of a similar tone. As a Arab I was very embarrassed and assured my colleagues that this place does not represent the famous Lebanese hospitality. Any way, stay away. Go to milestones or some other standard chain where the service is light years ahead.

This is a really nice upscale place to have shisha/share hookah. I haven't ordered much food from here, but I've heard it's quality can be intermittent. Very cozy and classy place however, will visit again.

Great service during very busy Eid day. The manager and his team did a fantastic job to accommodate our party of 12! The food was tasty and portions were generous.

The fatteh at Acacia is amazing! We come regularly to enjoy it. The service is always good and the atmosphere is great too. I would recommend Acacia to anyone that wants to enjoy delicious food.

When this place first open we enjoyed going their for a quick lunch it was worth it. Recently we decided to pay another visit..well thin place went downhill. First they increased their prices for what we don't know. The lamb was all fat and overcooked the chicken was overcooked and dry, the rice was cold and the lettuce was wilting. I do not recommend this place and will it eat their again.

Pathetic. Worse attempt at a chicken shawarma I've seen in a long time. Insultingly small size pita for 6.50 with very little chicken. extra for humus. no onions?! Not to mention how bland it tasted - lacks serious flavor. The only positives I took away was that it was a nice looking place with friendly staff. Sadly, the food doesn't back it up.
