The owner is very unreasonable and difficult. He sends his courier on an overnight pickup at 8:30am to an office that opens at 9am, which most offices do. They do not call us, do not pick up the envelope and sends us a bill and would not send the driver back at 9am. They insist on billing us for a service they never provided. They have lost our business for good over a 20 invoice. Horrible management. Stay away from this courier company.

AAA has been really good to my company over the years!!! We ship alot of 20ft bundles of pipe and we often use the flatbeds as well as equipment.
I just noticed a series of horrible and fake reviews by the same person who did an e-transfer order with AAA Express. I can clearly see from the company's responses that she is unhinged. I wanted to repost my amazing experience with AAA Express to counter her false claims. - Absolutely Amazing service and staff. I do not have an account with them and called with an emergency order just before the end of the year. They had a couple of great payment options that worked for me. No hassles with the payment and the package was picked up and delivered way ahead of schedule. Highly recommend!!!
AAA Express is the only company we use for pickups and deliveries. Their website is amazing and easy to fill out. once it is arranged, then we don't have to worry about pickup or drop off as they have an amazing internal system. I would definitely recommend them.
