I have lived here for a year and a half and there aren't words for how kind, generous, thoughtful yet firm Judy is! She is always happy to help, she makes the building feel like a community, and she certainly isn't afraid to put her foot down to protect her tenants. I can't say I've had one negative experience living here. Judy makes it a fantastic place to call home, and she handpicks the best tenants to live in our community. Thank you for all that you do!

Dan and Judy are fantastic! The building is kept clean and they are always responsive. They make the building feel far more like a community rather than just any apartment. If I could give more than 5 stars for their performance I would.
My experience at 10 Reid Drive since even before I moved in has been the absolute best experience I have had not just from a rental company, but as a whole. My experience with Judy and staff at 10 Reid has been something I will absolutely never forget. The personable level of the staff with the residents is something you don’t see everyday, it’s something that is just so rare when you meet people like this you know you’re home. This apartment is quiet and just off the main street located in Streetsville. The units, common areas, hallways and elevator is consistently kept clean and are always maintained by the staff. They assist with package delivery when required, are always attentive to any concerns and actually and honestly care about all residents in the apartment. I’ve lived in apartments before where the staff are no where to be seen unless they are trying to rent out a unit, units are unkept, residents are out of order, hallways and elevators are dirty - this is an entirely different experience at 10 Reid. This is not a rental where you feel forgotten once you sign your rental papers, this is a place of family. I’ve built friendships with others within the apartment and everyone is so friendly to one another, you never have to be concerned about who might be next door or if your package is left outside your door too long. Everyone looks out for one another, just like a small community. If you are looking for an apartment, especially during these hard times there are so many different options and companies to go with, you can see the reflection of Judy and the staffs hard work reflected in all the positive comments. The his isn’t just an apartment, it’s home. Thank you to everyone at 10 Reid, who has and continues to make my experience here as amazing as it has been. You’re an honest blessing to each and every person at these residences and you’re making a lifelong impression on every single person who moves in.
From the moment I viewed my apartment, I knew this was the perfect place. Judy (the best superintendent ever) was most welcoming, and has always been so caring and helpful. She and Dan have been absolutely amazing during Covid...their hard work and conscientious cleaning have been very much appreciated. My family feels so safe and cared for. :) Beautifully maintained building, and surprisingly quiet even though the train tracks are nearby...the honking of geese flying by is actually far more annoying, but speaks to the natural surroundings. :) Fabulous location - walking through Streetsville is lovely, and the building overlooks Streetsville Memorial Park (I could see Canada Day fireworks from my balcony!). If you're in need of a great place to call home, look no further...you will not be disappointed with living here! D
Just moved in and Judy and Dan are amazing and so welcomingas are all of the neighbors. The buildings are immaculate and my suite is completely renovated and modern. It's a beaufiful area for nature walks and super close to everyting you need (shopping, schools, restaurants and transit). So happy I chose Reid Dr for my new home!
