As an electrical contractor I have only had positive experiences with Tim and his service team while on a service call tim was their for an unrelated call out and instead of me going out and grabbing the materials I nedes tim provided me at no charge to the client the materials I needed to complete the task. I would call Tim any day of the week to work on my air line systems and compressors.
Quite shady way of doing business. I could get a new compressor for what they charged me and still have 300 dollars in my pocket. First when they showed up, they said it is very likely a reasonable repair but we need to take the motor to our shop and check it. Then they called me and quoted about 1000 dollar repair which I agreed just because I didn't want to go through the hassle of buying and setting up the new compressor. First day of using the compressor, it stopped working again and when I called under the impression that the repair is under warranty, they billed me again without even giving any prior quote. The only good thing is that compressor is working now (so far!)
Tim was text book professional, plus a bit more. I would have struggled figuring out to how to put our compressor back together. So, he showed me how by doing it on a \ Delivery only\ part drop off.
