I've been wanting to get a new phone because mine's hitting the biscuit and the manager -- amazing, wonderful and patient man that Jamie is-- was able to give me detailed information comparing all the phones from prices to specs to see what would tick my boxes to help narrow down the choices without making it seem overly complex. I still don't know much about phones but I know I'll be buying with confidence! Amandeep and Larissa are so sweet too. I'm more than happy to have any of them help me now and in the future! I highly recommend this store. 10/10 customer experience!

I stumbled upon this location while running errands in Mission and I am very glad I decided to go in. The closest store to me at Coquitlam centre is always way to busy, you can bet on a 30 minute wait almost any time of day. Larissa greeted me with their COVID protocols and provided 5 star customer service answering all my questions and discussing all the options for data remotely in my RV. I've been in customer service for 15 years, if Larissa wasn't the locations manager she could easily hold that position within retail somewhere. I settled with an unlimited 50GB plan to tether my phone as a hot spot at a rate I'm satisfied with. At the moment where I am working and parked on Eagle Mountain, unfortunately I only have one bar of service which might make me look into other carriers to see if there is better coverage.

Larissa was an incredible help while I was considering switching my home services from Shaw to Telus and spent multiple days with me to make sure I was comfortable with the switch and getting the best deal for me. Larissa was patient and very informative, taking the time to ensure I understood the changes that would be made as well as going above and beyond to ensure that I got the best deal possible on my new services. Larissa even did so much as to look into my cell phone plan with another provider and educated me on the current, much better plans available to me. Once I finalized my decision and finally went into store I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had a thorough COVID procedure and store set up. I greatly appreciate the steps both Larissa and other staff members took to ensure customers' comfortability while in store and maintaining safe social distances. Between the exceptional, ongoing service I received from Larissa and the welcoming, safe atmosphere of the store and its staff, I can happily say I will be returning again for any future needs and readily recommend this store and its team.
