I have been wanting help to pick out a good anti aging skin cream in which the lady in cosmetics was very helpful. There’s is so many to choose from. Unfortunately there was a bit of a language barrier for understanding one another and security stood there beside the til watching me. This was so uncomfortable and distracted me from choosing and all I wanted was to get out of there...

I went in looking for good lipstick and I needed help deciding good volumizing hair products and the girl in cosmetics was sooo helpful! I think her name was Jeani? The staff is always friendly when I go in and the pharmacists are always really attentive and check with me about any interactions with medications.

So tired of the horrible service in the pharmacy Ever since I moved my prescriptions over to shoppers I have had NOTHING but problems and/or issues. Never ready when they say they will be, constantly searching for prescriptions on pick up and ridiculously long waits! One girl to hand out meds even with long line up, what looks yo be 5-7 pharmacist/techs to fill and 2 ladies doing intakes. Someone with a disability and on extremely high cost medications picked up monthly, one would think it would not be so bloody difficult. Clearly it is rocket science but no one knows how the rocket or the science works

Very disappointed with the Pharmacy handling infection control as I was in the store today. Only one person was wearing gloves; the pharmacist coughed and barely turned his head away from me. No one wears face mask. At the counter a customer was asked to sign a paper. The pharmacy person provided the customer with a pen to do that. There was no attempt to sanitize the pen after the customer was done with it. It was just very surprising that the medical professionals there would show so little care to prevent spread of the virus.
