I used Sage Ventures to finish our garage renovation. Great customer service! They were very accommodating when a leak was found and went above and beyond to help get our project done in a timely fashion. Mark was terrific at quick communication if I had any questions or concerns Can't rave enough about their customer service!!

Sage Ventures did a terrific job on major renovations in an older house! The quality of work and attention to detail was second to none, everything we hoped for and the final look was more than we had even expected. We we always knew what to expect next, all of the normal questions that arise as work progresses were handled professionally and with open clear communictions. The timelines and estimates were right on. We would absolutely go to Sage Ventures again for any major or minor work and highly recommend them.

Before we started our project, we met with 8 reputable contractors and decided to work with Todd as he was genuine, professional, extremely knowledgeable and just a down right good guy as were his crews. They were there every step of the way as our renovation turned into virtually a new build and were very accommodating as our needs changed throughout the project. Its hard to describe the value Sage Ventures offers and really is something you need to experience. If you're looking for any type of home or construction project, I highly recommend Sage Ventures.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Todd, Mark and all of the team of Sage Ventures. They are a group of true professionals whose work ethic and attention to detail resulted in the kitchen reno of our dreams. Todd and Mark were always quick to answer questions in person and when communicating through the co construct app. The schedule and products were itemized and the costs were always completely transparent. The team arrived on time, were courteous and cleaned up well at the end of each work day. Our friends and neighbors are now suffering from kitchen envy and we are not a bit sorry.
It's hard to express our level of appreciation for this incredible group of people without it sounding staged but we found them on Google, had no history at all with them, or even knew who they were beforehand. From day one they went the extra mile, were always kind and engaging, and we felt like we were losing friends when they were done the project. Completely trustworthy, extremely competent and professional, and genuinely nice human beings. Sage Ventures is easily the best company I have ever worked with and I would recommend them (and have) if you want to work with the best, at a great price (they came in under budget on a major renovation). No surprises, no hidden costs, classy people. And you should see my new deck!
