I am reviewing the produce not the facility. I wanted to express my gratitude to the Mirabel team regarding their choices of packaging their produce. Outside of a brief window, items such as Boston lettuce are usually only found individually packaged in a clamshell. The Boston lettuce I purchased today came in a very reasonable small bag: a much more efficient use of resources! So thank you to the Mirabel team for \growing responsibly\ and remembering that responsibility right up to the customer's hands.
