I had no knowledge of the snowmobile I bought used besides what was on the ownership. Year and Make. The lady I spoke to kept asking questions about the machine and guessed. I bought two belts, one for spare one for install. Nope, wouldn't fit. Found the SN while at it and they promptly found me new ones and processed the cost difference. Not one complaint or grumble. Just happy to help. Nice.

Tried for 2 weeks to get someone to return my calls regarding a possible boat purchase, with no results. I finally got a salesman who returned my call and said he would send me a build sheet but of course did not receive it. When I finally emailed to complain, I was sworn at in the reply. HORRIBLE customer service. Oh well, they lost out on a 70k sale, we went elsewhere.
Called looking for a quote, when I asked for an emailed copy of the quote instead of an over the phone verbal quote, I was told the sales person was \too busy and swamped\ and wouldn't send a quote. Was not treated with any sort of value over the phone. Will not be calling back or looking to purchase anything from this place.
Horribly disappointing dealership that gets childish and makes negative Google reviews on other dealerships that won't give up parts that they have stocked to help their own customers.
I recently purchased a used Sea Doo. Staff was very friendly and helpful. After a week, there was a check engine warning. I contacted Harper Powersports and even though they were extremely busy, they squeezed me in and had me back riding in a few days. Easy to stand behind a sale when everything goes well but it shows who you really are when things go wrong. I would not hesitate to buy from Harper again.
