Dave, Chris, Sunil and the gang at Wilcox Ground Services have been great to deal with and have always managed to meet and exceed our expectations. About a year ago we purchased our first set of baggage carts from Wilcox, which we found to be well designed, built with quality locally sourced parts, and best of all they are 100% built in Canada! Looking at the craftsmanship, it was not hard to tell that there was a lot of thought put into these carts both from a user and a maintenance standpoint. If that was not enough to impress, recently we ran into the guys from Wilcox at a GSE tradeshow and mentioned some of the issues we were having with the catering carts and ramps we had built by another shop. As design and fabrication is really the backbone of what they do, they immediately stepped up and offered to inspect the current design and provide some feedback on what could be improved. In the end, they came back with not only a more robust and visually appealing design that incorporated all of our feedback, but they did so while also staying within our budget.
