Recently purchased a vehicle from Milton Nissan. The salesperson, Wayne McGinnis was exceptionally professional, highly courteous and patient. He was also very transparent and there was no hard selling on his part. The whole experience was positive and pleasant. Happy to recommend Wayne to future customers.

Update to below: The general Manager from Milton Nissan rectified the situation after the fact to the best of his abilities. He was forthcoming, prompt and made certain that I was compensated for the cost of two new tires. Although it was a terrible experience, I do respect the follow-up from Milton Nissan. I bought this 2014 car from @miltonnissan last fall. 3 days after I had to have the car taken back because of the heat shield So, there was that. No huge biggie. Then on my way to visit my mom for mother's day with my six year old in the car my tire blew on the 401. I had driven on these tires for about a month before putting new winter tires on. Just found out that a. Milton Nissan had sold me the car with two different sets of tires on the car and b. one set was from 2005 of which one blew. Not cool @miltonnissan. Not cool.

I originally contacted 3 dealers. One didn't respond at all, another employed typical sales tactics I've run into before. Then I went to Milton Nissan. I have bought many new cars over the years and this was the most stress free experience I have ever had. Wayne had plenty of information to share and there was no sales pressure throughout the process. It was truly a pleasure to deal with them. I already have plans to replace my wife's car later this year. Thank you Wayne.

Milton Nissan is the absolute best. I have always driven a Nissan. They're great cars. When we moved to Milton a few years ago I started taking our Nissans in to be serviced at Milton Nissan. The service department was always amazing. Honest and straightforward. Reliable and trustworthy. In the past two years we've traded in our leased cars for newer models. Both experiences were fantastic. On our most recent trade in our sales representative, Tommy, surpassed all of my expectations. much of our initial communication was done via email to ensure the time we spent at the dealership was minimal. When we did go into the dealership the covid safety precautions were excellent. I felt safe the entire time. Everything was sanitized. Everyone was distanced. They went above and beyond to ensure customer safety. Cory, the sales manager checked in with me as well throughout the process. His friendly demeanor and attention to customer care was outstanding. The finance representative was equally as fantastic. He took his time to explain all the details of the contract and ensured accuracy and transparency. The team at Milton Nissan made the process of getting a new car so easy. They clearly care about their customers. They are honest people. It's a pressure freI highly recommend Milton Nissan.
