I'm a local to Milton, I have shopped at all hardware stores in the area and by far Home Hardware has the best customer service and 99% of the time has what I need and looking for. Recently, I was in a pickle to get parts for a home project and needed help urgently I called and Bill put together what I needed within 10 minutes by the time I arrived it was ready to go. Bill thank you and thank you to the staff at the Home Hardware always willing to explain and help!

My wife and I were looking for new baseboard for our home and had custom ordered the baseboard through their pro desk. Received confirmation they would be able to pickup the special order to accommodate my tight timeline. Originally disappointed when I showed up the committed day we were informed the baseboard would be available(with installers coming next day) to learn it was never ordered. Big thank you to Dana and their driver Ian for going above and beyond to have baseboard delivered and available for our installers. Thanks again!

I have been purchasing Soda Stream replacement Co2 cylinders for years and anywhere I have gone they have always been 19.95 (and is what you will see online), but Home Hardware in Milton charges 25.95 for some reason (i.e. only provide a 10 credit for the empty cylinder). When I asked the young lady why they were more expensive than everywhere else she said, “Soda Stream sets the prices, not us”, which is the correct answer but why are they not following the pricing? She then had a manager come out to speak to me and she told me, “Our merchandising manager sets the pricing and I would have to check with them”; this is now a different answer and seems to be an incorrect answer (from a manager). Is this a case of price gouging because replacement cylinders are difficult to purchase right now? I am hoping this is not the case from a company who’s message is that they are part of your community. Please be accurate with your accounts as I did not “scream” at anyone. Truth be told the young lady was quite rude and would not let me finish a sentence. I am not surprised with your response as it is in line with my experience. I have reported the situation to Soda Stream, but after your response I will also be reaching out to your head office and reporting you as per the Ontario Price Gouging policy. It is unfortunate that I am unable to give you a 0 star rating.

Absolute BEST hardware store any where! Yes I shop the Big Box stores, but when you need help on how to DIY these guys are #1. I have never called a plumber and I'm certainly NOT one, but Mike and the rest of the staff lay everything out in front of me and bingo! It all works well, no leaks and I use everything. Toilet, sinks, shower replacement, all of it. 6 stars aren't enough!

I have been shopping this store for over 20 years and find it to be a great store, very clean and organized and the staff are always friendly and helpful.I am not keen on huge stores and find the size of Home Hardware Milton perfect for my needs...Thanks
