so disappointed, i drop my car there as the insurance company recommended the place as a preferred garage, the damage in my vehicle a minor dent in the front right corner, a repair that should take a couple of days was delay by the shop for a month, they supposed to replace parts that where not even damage, i have a previews estimate by a reputable garage in Milton that works fo Mercedes Benz an they estimated the damage for 1700.00 tax included, Car Star issue a bill for almost 5,000.00 dollars, the problem is not even that they are scamming the insurance company but for that price you will hope to get a really good job, they did drop the car at the rental company and nobody from CarStar was there to deliver, explain the repair and give my the related paper work, i have pictures and a video that clear shows the head light before and after the a repair and they look and show the same marks , the paint job is so bad that they paint over the moldings and you can see the marks that the masking tape left in the front bumper that was not even removed , from the vehicle, so sad to see that the corruption is not just thing of third world countries and that the reason we pay high insurance premiums is due to the abuse and corruption in body shops as this one.
