We bought our hot tub from Tony , two years ago and have really enjoyed it , using it at least three times a week and almost daily during the winter months. The customer service and support from Tony and his staff has been nothing short of absolute excellence! We enjoy visiting Tony in the Showroom for maintenance and products and feel like we have made a new friend. Tony stands by his products and we are thrilled with the purchase of our 8 foot(1500L) Hydrotherapeutic hot tub and the high level of friendly service and support we have received. Tony is an honest salesman who sells the best tubs on the market. I had trouble getting the chemicals just right, and he helped me along the way. I would gladly promote his business to anyone looking for a reasonably priced and well built tub. Some features that I like are the Galvanized Framework (no rusting) Roxul Insulation (no mice) Dual Pumps (strong yet adjustable jets) and maintenance free plastic cladding for the exterior. The spray foam insulated tubs with 2x4 framework still exist, but why?? We bought our tub from Tony thinking 20 years down the road. The pumps and plumbing are accessible without having to pick through foam. This will save in repair costs later on in its life. So far so good! (and we are loving the lockdown life)

My wife and I have wanted to purchase a hot tub for many years and this year we finally decided to take the plunge. Our tub was delivered this past week due to delays with Covid but we were patient and Tony kept us updated regularly on when our tub would go into production. The tub itself is great, built in Canada so it’s nice to purchase something from home. The controls are easy to use and the chemical maintenance is pretty straight forward. Tony is a great guy to deal with and he explained everything before we purchased. He is knowledgeable with the product and has been quick to reply to all of my questions as a new hot tub owner. Thanks for a great experience and we look forward to many years soaking in our hot tub.

I’ve had my hot tub for 2 years now and absolutely love it. I work in construction so love the heat and jets on the body before bed. Nice and hot in the winter and I turn it down a little so it’s perfect in the summer. Pools are nice but these are year round and little maintenance. Tony is a great guy to talk too and deal with. The type of guy you would invite over to chill in the tub and have a beverage. Call or go talk to tony before buying a hot tub. He’s no pressure but lots of knowledge.
