EXTREMELY SLOW Service and incompetent. Went there to get a simple price adjustment done, and I get it that because of COVID rules it'll take a little longer. But they seriously need to hire more cashiers and also TRAIN them properly. Only 2 cashiers were there to handle the transactions. One for checkout and one for returns while you have 10 people in line. They also randomly decide to leave for their breaks without warning. I get it, take your break but ensure that you get someone to cover your post before just leaving. A little communication can go a long way. Instead they just ignore you and walk away. Simply Pathetic.

Adam at the Milton location is hands down the most knowledgeable and professional team member I have come across. He patiently explained the different laptops in detail and assisted with gaming purchases for my Christmas list. Thank you Adam
We weren't here very long and whenever we visit it's always a quick visit. I appreciate the quick visits because visiting electronic stores are usually a big headache for me and drains so much energy. I appreciate that there are always associates available to help answer any questions. They are also very knowledgeable and information which is great because you can get in and out really quickly which is very appreciative
Jazz was suuuuuuper friendly and helpful while I was returning some purchases. The line up was super long but I could just hear the smile in her voice while she helped me even though it was busy and I just wanted to write something to hopefully brighten her day as much as she did mine \u003c3
Can I not cal the store? Waited 2 min through the auto only to have a general customer service number be redirected. General online chat or service line would not be able to answer the question about gift cards at the store still available...... meanwhile With covid I’m not wasting time and risking for a potential, Best Buys Loss. I recommend less auto and more personable.
