started off at a drugstore in Georgetown and service was not what I expected when I was new to the machine, happened here by accident as it was in same bldg as Dr. Glad I did great staff, selection and knowledge, getting the cleaning machine resolved my asthma and allergies far better than medications pushed by the Dr. After they moved tried another store, very expensive and not the helpfulness I'ld come to expect so I am back now and won't dream of taking chances with sketchy online deals or other places. The personal service and right to home delivery is fantastic, great advice and service too!

I have been using Airway Health for my CPAP and other Sleep Apnea products/supplies ever since I have moved into Milton. I am so happy with their professional and friendly service over the years that when I recently had another sleep apnea test, I insisted I would use Airway Health for my new CPAP equipment even though my doctor's clinic was affiliated with the store in the same plaza. My experience with other CPAP suppliers was that they always tried to upsell me with \higher end\ equipment with suspect technological benefits. I find those practices exploitive especially for customers with recent Sleep Apnea diagnosis and are naïve about what these suppliers will tell them. That is not the case with the staff and owners of Airway Health in Milton. During these tough times I believe its important to support small businesses, however firms like Airway Health understand that their customers may also be struggling to save money and that professional and friendly service is also important (unlike Sleep Apnea supply competitors described above). That's I am happy to recommend them and continue to use their service.
Very professional and helpful!! Extremely patient when being fitted for or choosing a mask. Would recommend Airway Health to anyone with sleep apnea needs!
Would not give one star. Must work around their opening hours which does not accommodate those with full time jobs (pre-covid). No credit here for customer service. Location is also problematic. The administrator of Airway Heath is a 5 star despite unaccommodating opening hours and an unaccommodating location both of which is not within the administrator's control.
My words can not explain just how much this company has helped me, they are very complete, quick, and above and beyond with assistance in every aspect. By far the most understanding people I have met in a long time. This is my very first post ever, anywhere, and ladies I do feel your worth goes way beyond this post. Thanks for the smiles but most of all my health going the right way now. Sleep is good, but good sleep is much better. Thank you.
