We camped at Summer House in October 2020. The check-in process was smooth and contactless. The trees were spectacular, showing their beautiful fall colours. The location is stunning and the park itself is well maintained. We spent our days hiking on the local trails and our evenings sitting by a campfire. The park was quiet and we had a relaxing time. We will definitely stay here again sometime.

What a great experience! Washrooms very clean. Tent camping sits very appealing - neighbour's are close but sites are long with water access! We had a great time. Very close to the Grotto. Miller lake is beautiful on its own, though. Dog park was a big plus, lots of friendly dogs at the park.
Went here during the summer with some peeps. I had a burger with fries, my girlfriend ordered a breakfast plate with home fries. What she received was less than expected. Instead of home fries, there was a let down, a single hash brown. Servers seems disinterested in catering to us as they were mainly monotonous. Options in the area are quite limited so it’s unfortunate that there’s false advertising on what’s actually available. Good aesthetic in the park though.
Awesome views, well kept cabins, and campsites. Boat, kayak, sup rentals with ice cream parlor, restaurant, and general store. 20 minutes to Lions Head 30 to Tobermory...pet friendly too...awesome!
Had a fantastic stay on a campsite with a partial view of Millers lake. We booked a site right on the water for next year before leaving. This will most likely be a yearly visit now. As the neighbours and staff were friendly and nice, they're super dog friendly with almost every site having a dog(s) on it and the dog beach is fantastic and depending on the time of day, you have it all to yourself or with other people who are friendly and nice.
Came with RV, site nice not 100% level. Quite camp site nice lakefront and local boating for kids. Bathrooms / showers not great. Location is close to Bruce attractions.
Our site was perfect, the bathrooms we very clean and the showers were warm. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We will be returning! We loved the amenities they offer and the other guests were so friendly as well! The one thing I would love to see in the future would be family shower areas as that would make life easier for families with young children.
Amazing campground! Even during this lovely pandemic the staff at SHP was friendly and accommodating. We rented a motor boat during our trip to fish in Miller Lake and the staff at the boat house was very informative and did a full walk through of the boat and how to operate it prior to going out. Definitely recommend!
