I saw Tiffin House being built and I liked the look of it and it's location. Then I began doing my homework on all the other retirement homes in the area. I paid them a visit, looked at their facilities, got prices and ate in their dining room more than once. Then I sat down and made my comparisons. I found Tiffin House had everything I required. The food here is great and the staff is second to none. The House is kept clean and tidy both inside and out. We have three tiers of living here. Independent, help if needed and half the third floor is devoted to memory loss care. This means I won't have to move to another facility if I require help in the future I am here and this is where I want to be. Doug La Rose suite 112

Shortly after moving into Tiffin in January 2020, I was hit with a personal tragedy and then covid 19 came along. The staff and fellow residents were extremely supportive and helpful. They all made me feel safe and provided a needed life line. I am indeed thankful to be here among friends. The caliber and expertise of the staff has remained high in spite of the restrictions placed upon them. I am looking forward to increased participation as rules become more relaxed and our families are granted access. This has been a trying time for everyone. We are fortunate to be in a beautiful and caring home
I have lived at Chartwell Tiffin for 3 years and it's a wonderful place. I searched other retirement homes for an entire year before choosing Tiffin House which is the best in the area. The staff is fantastic, it's like a cruise ship on land. Safety is Chartwell Tiffin's biggest concern and we have been covid free and the staff have been so wonderful during this period of isolation.
As senior moving professionals we have the opportunity to work at Tiffin on a regular basis. Their staff and management help make our clients’ move experience run smoothly. Whether the resident is moving in or out, or sometimes just down the hall, they are always accommodating. We have been invited to speak on many occasions to educate seniors about the daunting tasks associated with downsizing. Kim and Paul are great at inviting the public in and wanting to share their knowledge with seniors and their families.
We visited family who lived at Tiffin. The lakehouse decor was calming. The suites were condo style and had everything we needed. We had a lovely breakfast and lunch in the residence. We enjoyed being at Georgian Bay, the spectacular views and friendly people. We rented a boat and went fishing. We also enjoyed a cruise boat trip out of Midland Harbour. Loved Little Lake in the middle of the town. So easy to get to and around that we will be back.
