I sent my knife to Peter with a broken tip and dull blade. I had never dealt with him before so i didn't know what kind of quality/craftsmanship to expect. I received the knife only a few days later with a nicely shaped new tip and sharp edge. He works very well, fast and was very pleasant to deal with. Will definitely go to him for my future knife needs.

We are repeat customers of New Edge Sharpening, and for good reason. Peter Nowlan, the owner, is a dedicated craftsman who obviously takes a lot of pride in his work. With our most recent sharpening job, we needed to have a serrated Cutco blade sharpened, a repair done to the broken tip of a Chicago paring knife, and a couple of other knives sharpened. The results with all the knives were excellent. We are very happy with Peter's craftsmanship and highly recommend him. We will be back.

Peter did a GREAT job looking after one of my knives (an oldie but goodie). He was able to accommodate my schedule, and had some good pointers for me. I will be sure to bring other blades to him, as well a highly recommend his service to anyone. Also, his renumeration was very reasonable ;-)
