My Daughter went and bought me a beautiful birthday gift from this store. I have called and left a message twice now amd no one has called me back!!! That is horrible service!!! If you don't want to call people then u should adjust ur voicemail. I would like someone to contact me ASAP

Small store but there's loads of great finds in there. Beautiful bags and clothing! I would say that I found the staff to be helpful but they were a bit snobby. They sort of remind me of in Pretty Woman. If you look like you can afford to shop there they will give you their time, if not they won't even acknowledge you. Luckily I was able to get service, but I do think they can definitely do better in that department for sure.

Terrible customer service and rude staff! I tried to return a pair of boots I had purchased online. I looked up the company return policy and it said they could be returned by mail OR at any Michael Kors location. NO WHERE on the website did it say that they would not be processing returns during Black Friday weekend. We decided to drive 45 mins to the store to return them incase there was something there that I wanted to exchange for. The staff would not process the return and said they do not do returns over Black Friday weekend. I said that it said nothing about that on their website to which the very rude sales employee said "It's an in store policy, why would you look on the website for that?" Umm... I don't know, because in general when someone is looking for a companies return policy, they tend to go to the website where the policies are listed? Then the manager came out who was equally rude and unhelpful. They insisted that this is an "in store policy" but then claimed that their head office wouldn't even let them process a return. So which is it? In store policy or company wide (and not on the website)? Furthermore, the store was empty with only one other shopper in there at the time. I will no longer be shopping at Michael Kors, and I hope that in the age of dying retail, they quickly realize that snotty customer service isn't going to help their stores afloat.

Today Is Thursday July 09/2020.I bought a bag online then I realized there wasn’t a dust bag in it then I went to MK at metrotown to ask if they could give me one because I bought this bag as a birthday gift. I asked a guy there if he could give me a dust bag for my little bag ,he explained for me cause some bags which aren’t including dust bag but he was happy to find an extra for me. He was so nice and really good with customer service skill. Would recommend to shop at MK Metrotown location. I forgot to ask his name so I can find him for my next purchase at MK.

Really bad service. They just denied to resize the watch I bought for Christmas because of the amount of people lined up. Once you spend your money they do not care about customer service

Staff was pretty judgmental, and everything is obviously WAAAAAAY overpriced. I know fools come here just to buy the brand not the product, but seeing places like this in real life is even more ludicrous. Only plus side is they had a good rainbow line when I was there. It's very hard to find true rainbow items that look classy.
