I went here a few weeks ago, I was interested in the brand but wanted to see the bags in person before buying online. I went in, it was pretty quiet which was nice. I was greeted, she then gave me space as I looked around. I was looking at the Mercer's but they were not what I was looking for, but then she came back and asked if I needed any help with anything. I asked for if there was any sale items she pointed me where and then I saw it.. the Jetset tote the perfect size for what I need... I was in love. She told me about the leather and everything and I was like I'll take it! The sales people were very nice and friendly and didn't feel like they were breathing down my neck! I will be back!!!

Lady kept hanging up on me when I was directed there from Peoples jewelers, was told a lie because I bet she didn't expect me to go in. Manager said phones were fune so the lie continued. Not a place I'd put my money into ever if they have people like her working ( oh and the other woman lied there too) don't like your job find a new one.
Worst customer service ever!!!! You never expect this from a store manager . She was very rude , doesn’t have common sense in treating simple problem !!!!! It was not even a problem it was a consumer right ,,!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have to go to the level of district manager to solve any issue or even get a simple right. Didn’t expect that from such a store They must reconsider to review this store management for not leaving their customers disappointed
