The staff who helped me was extremely unwelcoming at Markville Mall. She wasn’t clear with what she needed to see and her tone was extremely disrespectful. I understand that working during COVID can be hard and stressful but she was just plain rude and did not seem like she wanted to be there and help. I won’t be coming back to this store if this is the type of treatment customers receive. Not impressed.

The bags they carry are well known and there's plenty of reviews on them. I'm reviewing the store and staff specifically. I went to get a wallet for my wife, as she has a MK bag already. Buying an accessory for someone is a terrifying experience at the best of times...will it match they way they want? ... do they already have an idea in their head that they have not shared with you? ...are you totally out of your mind, because this is like buying jewelry and it's impossible to get it exactly right!! But I digress. The staff were hugely helpful, tag teaming to look up information and give feedback and perspective. They made it easy and ensured it was perfectly "right"!

Customer service is a hit or miss.
Good collection of stuff always...some of the staff does not pay attention to things ..we bought a smart watch...before buying we asked the lady for charger...she said it's inside the box and she can't open the box and show us...Came home and found out the charger is missing...Though they gave another day...but it caused lot of inconvenience to travel again to the store again for no reason...
What's not to love? New spring bags are gorgeous, grab a air of classic shades to match and rose gold jewelry is my new IT accessory
Everytime I go into the store there's at least one worker screaming and y'all don't even ask if I need help. SAVE your hard earned money, buy a nice LV bag
