Been here since ten for curbside pickup. I call it says they aren't open yet. Then lists store hours for Friday curbside pick up at 10 am to 5 its 10 30 phone lines still off they say they are closed still. Running out of time to pick up thanks for wasting my time.

Their costumer service isn’t too bad. But DO NOT TRUST THEIR “WARRANTY” they do not believe you! Even if you show your receipt.

My sisters and I are all avid shoppers at Michael Kors. My younger sister will buy a new purse every 3 months, cause she has no bills and already has a job at 15. We have spent close to 5,000.00 in the past couple of years between the 3 of us. Many times when we go into the store to check out the new arrivals, they give us a look and then help all the adults first even if they arrive after us. They will only greet us once we are the only ones left in the store. There is one employee that even seems to be upset everytime we walk in. I feel judged even though I have bought from there before. I have now only gone in with my mother, and even with having a more adult looking woman come with me I still felt like they didn't appreciate mine or my sisters buisness. I can understand that many teens come in to window shop but usually one of us carrying a purse or wallet from the store and to treat us this way is unacceptable. Young adult are the future of the business and the employees need to receive some sales skills training.
