A sorry excuse for a logistics and delivery company. The delivery guys came in and dumped a washer and dryer from Costco in the living room and left with the excuse of a railing that was not an obstruction. Most guidelines mention a couple of inches on either side and there were 10 inches. The company gets paid per trip, which is why they seem to be in a rush to take off without completing a delivery. A simple search online will provide evidence of this trend. POOR RATINGS all over the place! Unfortunately for customers, Metro has contracts with the biggies such as Costco, who they are scamming on a regular basis. Customers have to bear the brunt of this immensely self-centered, dubious, pretentious interaction between one good company (Costco) and this sorry excuse of a delivery company (Metro Supply Chain Group). Metro has managed to hire the trained people to be devious. This includes the delivery reps and customer support team. To their credit, they have great deal negotiators who locked in Costco to provide good products with poor service.

If you want rude delivery guys that do damage to your house, this is the company to choose. Best Buy uses this company to do their deliveries in Ottawa. Buyer beware.
Rude, unprofessional employees and extremely poorly run joke of a \business\. They gave me a 3 hour window for delivery. Said they would come 2 hours earlier than that window AND WERE STILL LATE FROM THAT BY AN HOUR. During the delivery they DAMAGED OUR WALLS and were RUDE TO US. After we filed a complaint to Best Buy who contracted them, their sorry excuse for a customer service rep was rude, unprofessional and made it seem like I was wasting her time for not immediately calling her back like my scheduled revolved around her. Definitely a company to AVOID and if they are the ones scheduling delivery for you save yourself the headache and just cancel and get someone else to deliver
Please take a survey from drivers for dispatch 42 B Alot time is wasted evertime I come For Today I came here to pickup two boxes, the boxes I can see from dispatch window they are present on the table I’m here from last 2 hours and still running , guys blaming each other and not printing the paperwork . Worst metro experience ever . Other metro locations in Mississauga are great , Very quick .
This company fulfilled a stove delivery from Costco. What a terrible job! Left styrofoam all over my driveway from ripping the packaging off the stove. Then they took the back trim for the stove with them when they left. I called them 30 minutes later and they refused to give back the piece they mistakenly took with them when unpacking! Told me I’d have to contact Costco if I wanted it! This was over a month ago and I’m still waiting for my stove trim from Costco because this company just doesn’t care.
