Excellent customer service! We rented a knee Walker for my daughter who recently had a fracture. Staff here took great care and quickly got us going with a rental. We went couple of days over our one month rental agreement. They graciously waved the overage charge. Highly recommend this place.

I went to replace the bearings in my uncle's mobility scooter. My uncle called ahead so they were expecting me. I brought them the tire and they were supposed to replace the bearings that day. When I cam to pick it up they told be that it could not be fixed and they sold me a badly used replacement. When I brought it home I realized that it was not even the correct wheel and it would not fit. On top of that the wheel that they sold me was in terrible condition and was worse than the original one. After very little effort I was able to remove the old bearing and bought 2 new ones from Princess Auto for 3.99. They told me it could not be repaired but they didn't even try!!
I have had previous experience with other mobility service companies Medic Mobility shows great results..low wait times in repairs...length between services are great..In my experience,this company gives me confidence in quality and service..
Without a doubt, Medics Mobility offers the best customer service you will ever receive. Dory and his team went above and beyond to assist us with everything our mother needed quickly, professionally and reliably from hospital beds and mattresses to wheelchair adjustments and crash pads, we received the very best care and attention to detail. If there were more stars I could give them, I would!
Dory and team have been amazing to deal with while moving my dad into a retirement home. They were able to arrange delivery extremely quickly after learning my dad was being discharged from hospital. When there happened to be an issue with the bed upon delivery, technicians were sent over within an hour to resolve it. Dory has been incredible to deal with and very accommodating during a very stressful time. Would not hesitate to recommend.
