Closes at 17h00. So banking at the branch nearest to my house is not possible because, I like most people, am still at work at 5pm. It is a fancy location but inaccessible when you need counter service. Additionally, the staff loses their minds and bends over backwards for little old lady Moneybags but if you have work clothes and a backback however. . the smile is trite and judgemental. And it's not my imagination. I've heard this from a couple of other working stiffs. Sorry that you only suck up to the wealthy and the suits.

website said they are open till 6pm. drove down there and parked , got to the door and sign says closed due to covid-19 go to southview branch, which was closed already for the weekend. please update your hours on your web site
Always courteous, polite, and discreet. All this with a smile, no matter how rude and obnoxious a client may be. Great hours and location. Thanks for being there.
