Had a non running vehicle picked up at a customers location to be loaded in our enclosed trailer for transport to Calgary, made prior arrangements and then Gave Nathan a call to meet me there in 15-20 minutes, I arrived 15 minutes later and he already had the car loaded and was ready to load into my trailer. Very friendly, professional and quick. Highly recommend and will be sure to call again when needed. Thanks Nathan!

Outstanding service. Not only was Nathan super helpful and quick to come pickup my truck but he also helped me find a shop that could get me back on the road asap. Since I'm not a local it was very nice to know that my truck was in good hands

This people left me stranded night time in - 10 degrees in a ditch. They didn't bother to come for 7 km outside Medicine Hat without me giving them a credit card nr.over the phone. Unfortunately I didn't have one with me at the time but I pleaded with them telling them I had cash on me to no avail. Giving the weather conditions, the evening time, and also having a little dog with me and them not to bother and leave me out there in the cold was neither professional nor humanitarian...I didn't ask for free service. Would I recommend them? Hell no.
I needed to tow my vehicle to the shop the other day, so I called Nathan's and we scheduled it for the next day. 5 minutes before he was due to arrive, he called and let me know that his last tow was taking a bit longer and so he'd be 20 minutes late. Most drivers probably wouldn't call. Nathan did, and I appreciated the courtesy. When he arrived, he got straight to work and did the job for the price he quoted. He secured my vehicle well on his truck and dropped it off where it needed to go. His equipment was clean and in good working order. I recommend going with Nathan's. You won't be disappointed.
