I have traveled all across Canada and this is by far the worst customer service I have had yet. The entire order was wrong. I had to go back 3 times to fix my big mac alone. I asked for extra mac sauce and I got none. When I went back the manager working gave me a pack of mac sauce and said "here, or would you like for me to take it and put it on for you". Unbelievable!

I dont usually criticize the service industry especially during these difficult times but I have to say that the McDonald's in GFW has gone down Hill in the past 2 years. Their lack of product (plain bagels) and wrong orders in the drive thru is more of the norm than the isolated event. As an example , just this morning I asked if they had any plain bagel and was told only Cinnamon for the umpteenth time. So I said ok give me 2 Sausage and Egg Mcmuffin meals please, coffee for both drinks with 3 cream for 15 bucks. I arrived home and in the bag was 2 Egg Mcmuffins. On one of the sandwiches there was no cheese and chicken sauce. So how does someone screw up the most basic orders. If this was an isolated event I would chalk it up to error but this happens more than it doesnt.

Hard to rate McDonalds.. it's pretty standard everywhere u go.. lol But this one is not a bad one... drive thru lines r pretty fast and they get your order right...

Menus are too fast transitioning. Also, when standing back to make sense of the menu, I get asked multiple times before I am ready, almost as soon as I get in through the door. The drivethrough menus are bad as well. However, I usually know what I want before going. The food is great otherwise, fries are warm with right amount of salt.
