As a construction worker I've always had to deal with back pain and muscle tension on a regular basis. Since I started my sessions at the Massage Therapy Centre about six months ago, I've experienced a lot of improvement and have been able to carry on with my active life pain-free. Massage Therapy Centre is fantastic! The therapists are well trained, the atmosphere is soothing and the overall experience is amazing. Shout out to my favourite masseuse Devon! I would highly recommend this centre to anyone.
My MT was nice enough, but she talked the whole time. When I would fall quiet, she would ask if I was still with her. I felt obligated to keep up a conversation for an hour with someone I had just met. I stated that my primary reason for coming was to de-stress. Now, less than 24hrs later, the whole right side of my back is tight and painful. Taking a deep breath is difficult, and reaching for anything with my right hand is uncomfortable. Not a great experience for my very first massage. :(
