We paid deposits for two adults and one kid. First the manager sent me message saying they didn't receive the deposits. Then I sent them the e-transfer receipt. Then he had to admit they received. They blamed we did not put our name on the question while we did put the name as message to the receiver. We put down the deposit for three persons. The adults can go trial but the kid has to stay there riding horse in their fence. Then unfortunately the father went to hospital in the morning for emergency and I took two little kids (one is 5 and one is 2) there for the kids appointment since my boy is waiting for a long time. I told the manager our situation and we are ok on losing the deposits for the two adults. But I just want to attend the kid’s appointment. I can’t ride a horse with 2years as they required and I don’t have anyone to look after the toddler at this point. The manage insisted on that I have to pay full amount (almost 200) for three persons’ rides in order to have one kid to ride the pony for a hour. Otherwise I have to lose all deposits and pretend we have never been there and leave. I think he is just not happy about us. This is the common rule that you put deposit and you will lose ONLY the deposit if you miss the appointment. But this manager wants more. We chose to leave and made all the deposits as donations to them. This place is horrible and robs people’s money. There are many places you can ride horses. Don’t go to this one!

Je suis pas une Karen et il m'en faut vraiment peu pour me plaindre ou pour qu'on me choque, mais le service qu'on a reçu de la guide était épouvantable. Me faire parler comme une rien que moins et me faire prendre de haut, ça passe pas du tout. La guide n'a aucun respect envers ses clients et lorsqu'on fait la remarque on te répond d'un ton agressif et méprisant \bah c'est ma manière de parler\ . On a pas eu le temps d'enjoy l'activité et on n'avait pas le droit de prendre de photo pendant la randonnée. Je ne retournerai plus jamais là.
