Master Ali is easily the best martial arts instructor I’ve ever had. I’ve been doing martial arts for 5 years and been with Master Ali for about a year and I’ve never had an instructor who is as respectful, kind, and encouraging to his students as he is. He makes an effort to give all of his students individual attention, support, and help in their techniques. It is hard to overstate just how fantastic a teacher he is- even in other areas of my life outside of martial arts, categorizing Master Ali alongside all the school teachers and professors I’ve had in my life, Master Ali ranks among the best. When I say something to Master Ali, I can trust that he will listen to me. As simple as that sounds, so many instructors I’ve had will ignore what I’m saying in favour of only paying attention to what they want me to do. I know I can trust him to respect me, my words, and my limits. That enough, aside from his humour, his ease with students, and his ability to critique without criticizing, is what makes him the best martial arts teacher I’ve ever had.

I just started learning kickboxing a few months ago and I'm very glad to became a student in Master Ali's class. His classes are fun and challenging. Every time I go to Master Ali's class there are always something new waiting for me - such as great boxing techniques, lots of conditioning exercises to train varies muscle groups, and proper stretches to prevent your body gets hurt. Also, he's a great instructor for practical self defence techniques. Personally I think this is the most important thing you need to learn to protect yourself, especially for women. If you're sick of go to the gym for boring exercise and want to improve yourself physically and mentally, Master Ali's martial art class is definitely one of the best choices.
I have been training with master ali for one year and I highly recommend his classes. He is very nice and dedicated and teaches you a lot of different techniques. I particularly like his self defense moves. Each class brings something new or improves your techniques. Best instructor!!
I would highly recommend Master Ali as a instructor and coach. I am currently a student of his and greatly enjoy his approach to training. Every class pushes your technique and capabilities further whilst also maintaining a fun atmosphere. Ali also teaches respect and discipline in a way that reflects the ethos of martial arts. A great coach that I look forward to training with in the future!

My son has been attending BC Martial Arts 4 All for a few months and we are very happy to discover this great Martial Arts Instructor whose name is Master Ali. My older kid is a regular and my youngest cannot wait to join the classes next month. Since Master Ali started teaching in North Vancouver, he has grown in popularity for his excellent work and has become better know in the Sharewood and Deep Cove community. I recommend BC Martial Arts 4 All, it has been the best thing that has happened to my kids. They look forward to every class to have fun learning new Martial Arts techniques in self-defence while gaining self-confidence and discipline.
