My wife ordered a walker from Versatile owing to her disability. Unfortunately, she passed away after the walker arrived. I called Willa and she told me it's not an issue to return the walker since it has not been used. When I brought the walker back to the store, the shopkeeper asked me for the reason for returning. I spent 15 minutes talking about my wife's story and she carefully listened with compassion. Where would you find someone spending such time listening to a customer returning a product. Best salesperson I met in years. My deposit was returned promptly. Highly recommend this company. Thanks Willa.

Willia, Accessibility Associate, was very professional and was very helpful from the beginning. We had a disable family member, she did an in-house assessment and gave us a list of home modification for our consideration. She was never pushy and let us do our decision. We eventually decided to install a stair-lift & get some medical equipment at home, and she worked with us to give us a reasonable quote. The technicians who installed the bed and the stair-lift for us were very nice, and they cleaned up our house afterwards. Service to repair the stair-lift was timely as well. Our family is very happy with the service.
