I was pleasantly surprised at my experience, given the poor reviews I’ve read. The receptionist was incredibly helpful at both the time of booking my appointment and during check in. The technician was pleasant and gave me way more information than my doctor, I truly had no idea what the testing I was being sent for was, or even detailed. The technician outlined the entire process, what they were doing, why they were doing it and what to expect. She reassured me that my next appointment with the doctor although sounded intense wouldn’t be as bad as it sounds and put a lot of faith in the doctor who would be performing it. Perhaps the staff was direct and people don’t appreciate that? I’m not entirely sure, but I do know I really can’t complain about a single part of my experience :)

The staff are professional, welcoming, and supportive! They set my mind at ease and calmed my worries. Thank you to Karen at the front desk for her warmth and kindness during a potentially stressful visit. I drive in from Durham, completely worth it!
I would give 0 stars if I could. I personally almost NEVER leave reviews but this place is terrible. The staff are rude, unprofessional and have absolutely 0 compassion for their patients. I am 3.5 months PP and having complications, my son is exclusively breast fed therefore I cannot leave him for an extended period of time. I live 40 minutes from this place and I was told I am absolutely unable to bring my son to my ultrasound due to restrictions. The last time I had to come here was in the summer time, I was pregnant and worried there might be a complication with the pregnancy and my health card had expired. This place completely did not care about the health card renewal extension the Ontario GOVERNMENT has in place and told me if I didn't get my health card updated, I was going to be charged 400 for my ultrasound. UNACCEPTABLE I get these are scary times, but why should patient care be compromised and how are single mothers supposed to get the help they need with an unrealistic policy in place. Ridiculous. Get a reality check. Would absolutely NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
Horrible front desk lady who is responsible for ultrasound booking. Rude and lack of customer service skill. She should quit her job if she cannot handle her work efficiently rather than requesting the patients to leave the clinic.
The receptionists here are VERY RUDE. They are not considerate and do not give guests the correct information over the phone. Instead of attending to their patients they sit in the office and make their patients wait outside in the corridor while they chat with each other after lunch time is over. DO NOT COME HERE, if you can go and get a prenatal ultrasound or fertility services somewhere where they are courteous and hospitable.
