Excellent experience with Toro so far! I purchased a home with a Toro building that was never put together and Ben was GREAT! He called me back the same day and answered all my questions and encouraged me to call if I needed anything. Outstanding service.

the most un organized steel building you can work with, they never send you list of material you will receive, all bolts were missing only we got nuts, if you found out something is missing , 2 weeks waiting to parts arrive, lots of brackets and parts without name tag, small parts no paint, packed un organized. sorry for myself as i work with them in my steel building with them.

Toro shipped everything on time, the quality was as expected AND call backs to Toro engineering were responded to the same day. Excellent product and service follow-up. Windrush Estate Winery, Hockley Valley, Ontario, Canada

We purchased a steel building in May and have been dealing with nothing but a headache. I had taken pictures of every piece on the delivery truck before it was taken off to note that it was damaged prior to my receiving it. I asked Toro (Mike Dow) how to go about retaining I damaged products. I had to take pictures of all damages and write out specifically what happened,(it was damaged from the delivery truck!) when clearly in the photos the steel siding is scratched, dented, and in some places crumpled. Structural pieces were bent and bowed. All done within the 60 day requirement.

I would recommend going local on a building. Much more hassle than it's worth. You have to be an engineer to install unless maybe you get a tiny building. And you only have 60 days toake sure you receive EVERYTHING, every little part. They left the doorknob out of the door box, didn't discover until the people I hired were almost finished. (They got started late because of weather.) So toro wanted over 300 for a doorknob! Had a terrible time finding one that would fit, not standard of course. And during the ordering process, I was supposed to get windows cut, that didn't happen because they send two orders in a row, I only saw one so I only approved one. (The did things separately.). Anyway, just be very careful and thorough. But I wish I had gone with a local company who did the building and installation and foundation all in one, would have been just as good and a lot cheaper, and would have accepted responsibility fo and fixed their mistakes.
