My relationship started by me asking many questions via email. I received intelligent, honest and friendly replies usually within hours. Unusual and impressive in this day and age. From the start, I was treated like an old client and I hadn't even purchased anything yet! Most online vendors treat emails as a 'necessary evil' - Teletech treats them as potentially serious new customers. A refreshing change. When I spoke to Patrick, a fine, humorous and friendly gent, he went out of his way to really go the extra mile. I had two difficult requests and, God Bless him, both were professionally handled which resulted in my purchase being in my home in 24 hours! And, I was lucky enough to spend time with Doug, his lieutenant of sorts, who helped me to no end with invoicing and delivery. To anyone looking for vintage gear, hard to find tape stock, parts, etc. These people are qualified, friendly and seem to have tons of quality gear all at reasonable prices.
