I ordered a laminate floor. The price for the product and installation was very good. The installers came on time, did the job so quickly and professionally and the floor is flawless. They were also friendly and helpful. The blinds in my bedroom had fallen down and I asked one of the lovely men if he would mind putting them back up and he did! No charge! That kind of extra kindness is priceless. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have a floor installed. Lori Manson

Dishonest and disrespectful sums up the quality of service you will receive at TC Homes & Floors. My family has been working on some home renovations, and decided to do business with the company. They scammed us by giving us two totally different quotes for the same work. First they gave us a reasonable quote and got us to pay a deposit to finalize their service, and then re-quoted us for an extremely high price. They gave us no paperwork for the deposit and once we decided to no longer do business with them – they told us that our deposit was not refundable and stole our money!! I do not recommend doing business with this company, they are not true to their word and are extremely disrespectful.

Just picked up some baseboard. Fantastic price for real wood baseboard, friendly efficient service. NO language barrier as others have mentioned.

Please stay away! Horrible customer service and scamming professionals. Went there for flooring, they took deposit but never gave the receipts or signed a contract. We waited for the product to be delivered and the installers. On the day and no one showed up. Then they called to inform us they didn't have the items in stock and we need to come in and change what we wanted. When we went in they requoted the project with substantial increase of 985 from previously quoted 437. When we spoke them about the breakdown they said well it changes, however the new laminate flooring we chose was still the same price as before. They knew once we have our deposit they had us locked in and they could requote and scam as much as they want now. Horrible place. I'm positive they r going to shrug this review off and pretend they never did business with us. Wish I read all the other reviews before walking into this terrible business.

TC contractors installed hardwood and a new staircase in our house. Jennifer in the office was very accommodating and their prices were unmatchable. The quality of the contractors work was top notch, especially on the stairs, would definitely recommend them..
