We have been attending this Scholars location for a few months now, and already my child has gained so much!! He is focusing on improving his math skills. Before Scholars, he would not have even tried to solve a math problem, and complained that math was hard, but within a short time he has gained a huge amount of confidence and now feels good about his own abilities! Knowing that my child has a lot of anxiety around school, Michael has been hugely supportive and encouraging and always goes the extra mile to be sure my child is on track and is comfortable during his session. Michael, and all the tutors at the center, are very positive and attentive to the students’ needs, and are invested in their success. My child looks forward to attending “math class” every week and we’d both highly recommend this place to any student who might need an extra boost in confidence or skill levels! Many many thanks to Michael and his team for making learning fun and motivating!!

18 months ago, I had enrolled my daughter into Scholars Markham North. At the beginning of enrollment my daughter was struggling with the subject of Math (Grade 4 transitioning into 5). Her main struggles were not the lack of comprehension of the curriculum, but the lack of preparation understanding of class materials which lead to lack of confidence. This had all changed once the start of Scholars. I am glad to say that my daughter from struggling in class has become one of the top students in her classes, not only in Math but all subjects. This was due to the emphasis that Scholars has placed with my daughter. Not only has my daughter excelled her comprehension in math, her confidence has allowed her to build strength and fortified her character foundation. With the confidence, her study routines have been infectious towards the rest of her courses. From good study habits to confidence in course knowledge to no fear in asking questions attitude, this can be fully attributed to Scholars Markham North. From the onset, Michael Lin had set out a goals and a plan to ensure success catered towards my daughter. There was constant communications and progress reports were sent in detail periodically. Michael has an open door policy whether it was an informal face to face meeting to a quick chat on the phone, he will always be there to discuss. I highly recommend Scholars Markham North and will have no hesitation to enroll back.

My son has been struggling with his English comprehension and written skills and we had tried many different English tutoring schools but we didn't see any results until we found Scholars Education Centre North Markham. After attending English tutoring with Scholars North Markham, both my son's written and comprehension skills improve tremendously. My son was able to make it to represent his grade for his school's public speaking contest and placing 3rd in his school's public speaking contest for all grades. My son's English grade jumped up from low B to high A on his school report card. My son achieved level 4 in Grade 6's English EQAO compared to level 3 when he was in Grade 3 before he went to Scholars in North Markham. Most importantly, my son really enjoys his English lesson & look forward going to his English lesson with Scholar North Markham every week! I really like this learning center. My son has improved a lot since last year! Mr.Michael is very good and kind . I will put my daughter in this learning center next year.
